Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 12 hours notice will not incur a fee.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows and appointments missed without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Because audition deadlines are often time-sensitive, I understand emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be made at Jackie's discretion.
